Perifit | Original Kegel Exerciser

Had to buy another one as my new puppy ate my first one. Quality product does what is says

After 2 children I found things were not quite right down there, and I did some kegels but obviously not enough… I saw peridot as a more fun way to reach the goal to regain some strength there and through playing games.

I found I lost connection a couple times during games( not sure why) and that if you switch position even slightly it affects readings so always best to stay perfectly still.

I absolutely LOVE my Perifit! I could never stick to doing Kegel exercises before, but this makes it fun. Have recommended to friends and family!

I’ve found the Perifit easy to use and the games amusing and challenging. A quality product and I feel I’m already benefiting from its regular use.

This is an engaging way of re training your brain to work your pelvic floor correctly

The Perifit is fun to use and above all encourages me to do kegel exercises five times a week. I am still working on finding the best position to get the best out of it but despite it taking a while to do this I think that it’s essentially a useful product. Too early to say if it is working but I feel positive on that score. The help, advice and contact with the Perifit staff has been more than I expected and very good.

I’ve had the Perfit for about a month now. The games on the app are fun and a good way to keep you motivated to exercise regularly. It’s good to be able to see the progress you have made.

I have already noticed improvement. I expect more!
