The perifit arrived very quickly. The app is user friendly and the feedback it provides is extremely useful. It took me a couple of sessions using it to work out the best position for me, to ensure it didn't slip out and that I was using my pelvic floor muscles rather than tensing other abdominal muscles. Still waiting to see if I have any significant improvement from it - I have been using 3 times a week for 4 weeks so far and my scores are getting better and the games are getting more complex, so I feel like I am making progress!
I was dubious about trying this but had looked at comments and reviews for months before plucking up courage to do it. I'm so glad I did. I can genuinely tell there's an improvement already in only one month. And it's even fun to do. If in doubt - go for it! You won't regret it.
