Perifit+ | Dynamic Kegel Exerciser

I already had an Elvie trainer so I was sceptical about getting another one when I wasn’t really getting on with the one I had! Well how wrong can one be! This trainer is marvellous 🤩.. very well thought out, and the games are interesting and a lot of fun. I would love to know how to relax quick enough, so I think some useful tips on relaxing quickly would be very helpful. I give this 5 stars and I’ve seen some improvement already, which is fab! If you’re thinking of getting one the definitely do it! You won’t be disappointed! Also, maybe finding your friends to play against would be awesome and maybe more challenging! Well done Perifit for this 5 star product!!

I was having so many problems with leaks I started to consider incontinence wear. The Perifit works and I can now attend a gym class without needing any extra protection. I will continue to use the Perifit to maintain and improve my pelvic floor fitness.

I simply cannot believe how well this is working, I was unsure when I purchased it and it was an investment at that price but its worth every penny! I am 50 and have taken up running in the last few months. I have spent runs absolutely soaked even when using pads, nothing worked, I tried exercising but always forgot to do them regularly. Perifit reminds you when its time to train and I do it in the evening when everything else is done. I never thought I would feel confident to run or exercise in the gym without pads and baggy tops to hide the pad and always in black so the leaks dont notice! well all that is over! only after 2 weeks I can see a massive improvement no leaks already and lasting longer and longer on runs before any issues. I feel so much better and I can really feel its working. Thank you Perifit! simply life changing! xx

I have seen really good progress in such a short time so easy to use. More fun then hard work I highly recommend perifit care plus.

Ladies, you deserve a strong pelvic floor. It really works and a small investment for big results. You need to be consistent and do what they tell you to do- winning!

I never did pelvic floor exercises. I now do, love playing the games on my phone, very clever way to get me to do them

The perifit+ is useless. I was using the original perifit, and I noticed since switching to the plus that my scores started to drop, and over a couple of months I had lost the real world benefits from the perifit original. The original is great, but the perifit+ is a total waste of money. My perifit+ also intermittently stopped recording squeezes after owning for 5 months. Perifit would not refund, as past 100 days. A very expensive waste of time. I have gone back to using my original, and am having to retrain to get back to my previous agility

I had the original one and had to hold it in due to very weak muscles, I decided to try the newer model and it stays in much better!!

I like how precise the sensitivity is for the kegels. The games are fun and the challenge is also fun. You can go up against another product user. Imagine the whole time you are in a race using your pelvic muscles.
